Job summary

The Hackett Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to lead migrations from on‑prem to SharePoint/OneDrive and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams in a cloud‑driven IT environment.

You will oversee Azure/AWS resources, including VMs and networking, plus implement Azure Virtual Desktop and security/compliance settings while optimizing performance and costs. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and cloud technologies (Azure and AWS).
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 migration tools and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced or Fluent English level.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Office 365 Administration: perform migrations from File Server to SharePoint, OneDrive, and cross‑tenant mailbox migrations using tools like ShareGate and BitTitan MigrationWiz.
• Manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Ensure data integrity and security during migrations; preserve custom permissions and metadata.
• Configure and manage Office 365 security and compliance settings.
• Administer cloud resources in Azure and AWS, including VMs, storage accounts, and networking.
• Implement and manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Configure and manage cloud‑based web apps and services; ensure performance, security, cost efficiency.
• Networking: configure and manage networking components in Azure and AWS; secure connectivity between on‑prem and cloud.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field
