NOVO Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate project scopes, manage schedules, and ensure effective communication among owner, architect, subcontractors, and vendors.

The role emphasizes MEP systems and field coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget. Reporting to the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will be based at the project site and work with the Superintendent to drive progress and quality across 2–4 projects in your first year, with

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project job walks and attend weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Produce quantity take-offs for multiple disciplines and manage RFIs/submittals.
• Input project budget using Sentinel and track change orders with subs.
• Develop and maintain RFIs, submittals, and procurement logs in Sentinel.
• Distribute drawings and design changes to the project team; monitor progress.
• Prepare and distribute weekly job site progress reports and meeting minutes.
