Job summary

NOVO Construction, Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Project Manager to lead complex projects, manage schedules, ensure quality control, and coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.

The role emphasizes estimating, budgeting, cost analysis, and a solid understanding of building trades with a focus on MEP systems; reporting to the Project Executive and ownership, you will supervise project teams and drive projects to successful completion with safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
• Familiarity with MEP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and coordinate project job walks and pre-construction activities.
• Prepare RFPs and analyze subcontractor proposals.
• Develop and maintain master schedules with the project team.
• Draft and review contracts, change orders, and cost reports.
• Lead safety programs and ensure on-site compliance.
