• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-construction activities and coordinate job walks.
• Prepare and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals.
• Manage master schedule and project updates monthly.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety plans and quality control.
