Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator for an on-site role in Rockville, MD. The position requires 3-8 years of BIM/MEP experience and hands-on use of Revit and Navisworks Manage.

You will coordinate MEP BIM models, lead coordination meetings, review drawings and RFIs, and ensure constructability and proper clearances. The role is full-time and on-site, with standard hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, supporting project setup through handover on U.S.-based

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of BIM/MEP industry experience.
• Previous experience on U.S.-based construction projects is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP/FP BIM models across multiple disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate using Navisworks; resolve clashes with other models.
• Develop, review, and maintain coordinated Revit MEP models per BIM standards.
• Lead or participate in BIM coordination meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and coordination requirements.
• Prepare coordination drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models as needed.
• Track clashes and model issues through resolution.
• Ensure model accuracy and constructability against project requirements.
• Coordinate sleeves, openings, penetrations, and equipment locations.
