Job summary

The Maximum Life is seeking a dedicated Member Concierge & Clinical Operations professional to welcome guests, coordinate schedules, and manage front-desk inquiries at our Miami, FL location. You will support clinicians and care teams by maintaining orderly records and ensuring a smooth, high-touch member experience.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication, empathy, and discretion, with experience in healthcare, wellness, or luxury service preferred; bilingual English-Spanish

Qualifications

• Concierge Services and Reservations skills to manage member bookings, special requests, and personalized experiences.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with members, clinicians, and partners.
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, including greeting members, managing check-in/check-out, and handling multi-channel inquiries.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving in a high-touch environment.
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service settings is beneficial.
• Comfort with scheduling systems, electronic records, and basic office software (e.g., EMR, CRM, calendar tools).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, adhere to privacy regulations, and support clinical workflows with attention to detail.
• Availability to work on-site full time in Miami, FL, with a flexible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus

Responsibilities
