Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care, part of Humana, is seeking a Concierge to greet patients, families and visitors and provide support and resource information to improve the patient experience. The role involves basic administrative/clerical tasks and reporting to the Center Administrator; on-site in Miami, FL, Monday–Friday 8:00 to 5:00, 40 hours.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, 1+ year relevant experience, strong customer service, multitasking, detail orientation, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• 1+ year experience as Concierge/Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Customer Service.
• Passionate about improving patient experiences and care.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families and visitors; provide support and information about the organization, facility and area.
• Perform basic administrative/clerical/operational tasks.
• Handle routine and patterned assignments; report to Center Administrator.
