Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Phoenix seeks an on-site installation specialist to support imaging systems and linear accelerators, performing diagnoses, troubleshooting, and service to ensure optimal operation.

You will instruct customers, coordinate with internal teams, maintain documentation, and travel about 10 days with 4 days off, with a company vehicle provided for work and personal use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years related experience or higher education preferred.
• Knowledge of and professional experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, RF energy devices and electronic cooling systems.
• Proficient in using test equipment for verification and calibration of electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, service and repair.
• Check and approve operational quality of system equipment.
• Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system.
• Serve as liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects; interpret needs and facilitate resolutions.
