PATHS, LLC in Pennsauken, NJ seeks a Medical AR Follow Up/Revenue Cycle Representative on site. You will assist patients with health coverage, resolve billing issues, and advocate for financial resources, ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation to support revenue recovery for provider clients across states.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of medical billing follow-up, CMS-1500 knowledge, and EPIC/Navinet experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; secondary education preferred.
• Experience with medical billing follow up and payer processes preferred.
• Familiarity with CMS-1500 claims and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Export/import and submission of claims between systems.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and denials promptly.
• Analyze EOB/ERA details and act per guidelines.
• Follow up with insurers via calls or payer portals.
• Identify payer trends and report to management.
• Correct and resubmit claims; data entry and documentation.
• Monitor AR follow-up queues/reports; other duties as assigned.
