PATHS, LLC is seeking a Medical AR Follow Up/Revenue Cycle Representative on site to support patients and healthcare clients by resolving billing issues, ensuring accurate documentation, and driving timely revenue recovery.

Ideal candidates have Medicaid knowledge, familiarity with insurer portals, and experience with CMS-1500 claims; EPIC/Navinet exposure is a plus. Strong communication, teamwork, and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of medical billing follow-up experience required.
• Knowledge of CMS-1500 claim form for physician billing required.
• EPIC follow-up experience preferred.
• Navinet/EPIC experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

Aufgaben

• Export, import, and submit claims between systems.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and denials promptly.
• Analyze EOB/ERA and act per client guidelines.
• Follow up with insurers via calls or payer portals.
• Identify trends and research payer policies for management.
• Correct and resubmit claims.
• Document data entries and monitor AR follow-up queues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
