Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of education sales, admissions, or higher education recruitment experience.
• Experience in private, proprietary post-secondary education preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and consultative sales/customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Lead Generation to recruit prospective students via calls, emails, texts, and campaigns.
• Represent the institute at career fairs, high school visits, and other events to build candidate pipelines.
• Guide prospective students through admissions—from inquiry to interview, application, and first day of class.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and campus leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and manage expectations.
