Pima Medical Institute on the Mesa campus is seeking a Career Services Advisor to champion student success and guide healthcare careers. This on-site role focuses on externship placement, career readiness coaching, and job search guidance with local providers.

You will build partnerships, conduct pre-externship workshops, and help students prepare resumes and networking strategies for successful job outcomes in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; two years in recruitment or career placement.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with CampusNexus or CRM systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate externship placement and site management with local healthcare facilities.
• Provide career readiness coaching and resume/interview guidance.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Mesa and Phoenix-area employers.
• Assist with campus events and career fairs.
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation for externships.
