Job summary

Romac Industries, Inc. in Bothell, WA seeks a Mechanical Engineering Project Manager II to lead complex, high-impact projects from planning through delivery.

You will apply your project management expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to guide cross-functional teams—from senior leaders—through challenging projects and help turn business goals into results. Hours are day shift, on-site work with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to complete complex, risky, large, and ambiguous projects.
• Proficiency in formal project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, high-priority, high-complexity projects.
• With minimal oversight, determine and define project scope, objectives, and key success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• With minimal oversight, develop and maintain detailed project plans, project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, applying proactive mitigation strategies while bringing projects to completion on time, on budget, and to expectation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
