Romac Industries seeks a Project Manager II to lead complex, high-priority projects from planning through successful delivery. You’ll guide cross-functional teams—senior leaders included—through challenging initiatives and help translate business goals into measurable results.

With minimal oversight, you’ll define scope, develop plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks, ensuring projects finish on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Proven ability to complete complex, risky, large, and ambiguous projects.
• Proven proficiency in formal project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, high-priority, high-complexity projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear, effective communication and collaboration.
