Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the material handling and equipment operator staff for a designated job site.

You will ensure accurate inventory, coordinate deliveries, and enforce safety and performance standards. The role requires 5+ years with a High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years with an Associate’s Degree, plus proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook, strong English communication, and a proven ability to lead a team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with a High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years with an Associate’s Degree.
• Experience with materials, inventory management, warehouse and logistics processes.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for assigned job site(s).
• Serve as SME for materials, tools, and rental equipment.
• Receive, record, and track inventory; monitor onsite distribution and delivery.
• Liaise with Assets Service Center for logistics details and timelines.
• Mentor employees and support performance evaluations by the supervisor.
