Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to oversee site material handling and equipment operations. You will supervise the team, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with project stakeholders and the Assets Service Center.

The role requires strong leadership, Excel proficiency, safety compliance, and excellent reporting skills to support project meetings and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years with High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years with an Associate's Degree.
• Experience in electrical design build materials and inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook; strong reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily material handling and equipment operator staff for the assigned site.
• Maintain inventory records and track materials, tools, and rental equipment.
• Coordinate on-site distribution, delivery, and logistics with stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports for project meetings and present findings.
• Monitor employee performance and contribute to evaluations under the Logistics Manager.
