Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to oversee daily material handling operations at a single job site. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, track delivery timelines, and liaise with project leaders to ensure efficient material flow.

Ideal candidates bring strong MS Excel/Word/Outlook skills, five or more years of related supervision experience, and a proven ability to mentor teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a High School Diploma or 2 years with an Associate’s Degree.
• Experience supervising material handling and logistics operations.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights; capable of operating in a fast-paced jobsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily material handling operations for the assigned job site.
• Serve as SME for materials, tools, and rental equipment; oversee inventory and delivery.
• Prepare and present detailed reports for project meetings; monitor performance and safety.
