Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to oversee the material handling and equipment operator staff at one assigned job site. You will supervise daily operations, manage inventory, track deliveries, and prepare detailed project reports.

Responsibilities include mentoring team members, enforcing safety policies, and coordinating with the Assets Service Center to plan logistics and transportation for materials.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising material handling on a job site and coordinating staff.
• Strong inventory management and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook for reporting.
• Excellent communication and safety-compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily material handling operations for assigned job site(s).
• Serve as SME for materials, tools, and rental equipment.
• Receive, record, and track inventory and deliveries.
• Prepare detailed reports for project meetings and present findings.
• Monitor performance, enforce safety policies, and support evaluations.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with the Logistics Manager on requests.
