HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Materials Logistics Specialist in Phoenix, AZ, on-site. The role supports warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, procurement receiving, and fixed-asset management with ERP experience and forklift use.

It is a full-time, direct-hire position with a $60,000–$70,000 DOE pay range and ASAP start. The ideal candidate will have forklift certification and hands-on experience in inventory, materials management, and ERP systems, with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, shipping/receiving, or materials management.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, and material-flow activities.
• Receive, verify, inspect, and document incoming materials and equipment.
• Prepare, stage, and process outgoing materials, transfers, and project-site requests.
• Track material movement based on project schedules.
• Process procurement receipts, inventory transfers, returns, and material adjustments in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities and storage locations.
• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials.
• Maintain a safe, organized 5S warehouse environment.
• Review and improve warehouse layouts and storage locations.
• Register and maintain fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, project teams, warehouse personnel, vendors, and management.
