Job summary

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring Warehouse General Laborers in North Phoenix, AZ. This Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire role supports receiving, organization, movement, and distribution of materials for an active semiconductor construction project.

The position requires hands-on work, lifting materials, and operating pallet jacks or forklifts. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with overtime eligibility and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork on a multicultural site.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, construction, or material handling experience.
• Ability to lift/move materials regularly during shifts.
• Comfortable in active warehouse/construction environments.
• Dependable with strong attendance.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Experience driving sit-down forklift and pallet jack preferred.
• Semiconductor or construction-site exposure is a plus.
• Mandarin/English bilingual skills preferred.
• Capable of working in a multicultural project team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against delivery docs.
• Sort, stage, label, and store materials in designated areas.
• Prepare materials and equipment for distribution to field teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material records.
• Assist with warehouse organization and general housekeeping.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling gear.
• Follow warehouse, site, and semiconductor facility safety requirements.
• Assist warehouse leads and project teams as needed.

This is a hands-on position supporting the receiving, organization, movement, and distribution of materials used on an active semiconductor construction project.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against delivery documentation
• Sort, stage, label, and store materials in designated warehouse areas
• Prepare materials and equipment for distribution to field teams
• Maintain accurate inventory and material records
• Assist with warehouse organization and general housekeeping
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment
• Follow all warehouse, construction-site, and semiconductor facility safety requirements
• Assist warehouse leads and project teams as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, construction, material handling, or general labor experience preferred
