Job summary

Werner Electric Supply is seeking a Construction Job Site Coordinator to manage on-site materials and orders across Wisconsin. The role requires daily travel to job sites and a valid driver's license, with compensation of $25-30/hr plus annual bonus.

You will coordinate with contractor teams, handle inventory, and deliver material using power equipment like a forklift, while partnering with Werner teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel within Wisconsin to job sites.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• On-site material management: ordering, movement, and delivery of Werner-supplied and third-party material.
• Coordinate and partner with contractor teams at the job site.
• Conduct product storage and inventory at the jobsite.
• Deliver products to specified areas using power equipment (forklift).
• Collaborate with Werner Customer Service, Purchasing and Operations teams.
• Return products to the Regional Distribution Center per procedures.
• Determine efficient delivery methods for Werner and vendor-supplied products.
• Coordinate special deliveries with Werner delivery team.
• Serve as main Werner contact for customer service and support.
• Set up/relocate fabrication stations on site; perform approved prefabrication services.
• Process and stage wire orders efficiently; maintain clean 5S environment.
