Job summary

Werner Electric Supply is seeking a Construction Job Site Coordinator to manage on-site materials and orders across Wisconsin. The role requires daily commuting to job sites and close collaboration with contractor teams to ensure timely deliveries of Werner-supplied and vendor materials.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the state. Experience with distribution centers or construction sites is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel within WI to be on assignment on the job site.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full on-site material management, including ordering, movement, and delivery to electricians (Werner-supplied and third-party materials).
• Collaborate with contractor teams to ensure timely, accurate materials flow.
• Conduct on-site storage and inventory of products at job sites.
• Coordinate deliveries using power equipment (lull, forklift) as needed.
• Liaise with Werner Customer Service, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
• Return products to the Regional Distribution Center per procedures.
• Determine efficient delivery methods and coordinate special deliveries.
• Serve as main Werner contact for customer service on site.
• Set up and relocate fabrication areas as required, and support prefabrication services.
• Process and stage wire orders efficiently; maintain clean, 5S warehouse/workspace.
