Job summary

Werner Electric Supply Company is seeking a Construction Job Site Coordinator to manage all aspects of Werner-supplied parts and orders at customer job sites across Wisconsin, with daily site travel. The role requires on-site presence, coordination with multiple teams, and ensuring efficient delivery and setup of materials.

The position offers hourly compensation of $25-30 with an annual bonus, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a growing electrical distributor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must travel within the state of WI to be on assignment on the job site.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in distribution center and/or on construction job sites is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate a lift truck is preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical components and their uses is preferred.
• Working experience with general hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site material management including product ordering, movement, and delivery to electricians.
• Coordinate with contractor team and Werner customer service, purchasing and operations.
• Inventory and storage at the jobsite.
• Deliver products to job site areas using power equipment.
• Coordinate special deliveries with Werner delivery team.
• Return products to the Regional Distribution Center per procedures.
• Determine most efficient delivery methods for Werner and vendor products.
• Provide main contact between Werner and customer for service.
• Set up and relocate fabrication stations on the job site as requested.
• Complete approved prefabrication services.
