Job summary

Werner Electric Supply in Wisconsin is seeking a Construction Job Site Coordinator to manage all Werner-supplied parts and orders for customer job sites across the state. This role requires daily travel to active sites and on-site coordination with contractors and internal teams.

You will oversee material storage, delivery logistics, and inventory at job sites, while ensuring safety and adherence to Werner procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel within Wisconsin for site assignments.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Full on-site material management, including ordering, movement, and delivery of Werner-supplied and third-party materials.
• Coordinate with contractor teams and Werner teams (Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations).
• Manage on-site storage and inventory of materials at the jobsite.
• Deliver products to specified areas using power equipment (lull, forklift) and coordinate special deliveries.
• Route and process returns to the Regional Distribution Center per procedures.
• Set up and relocate fabrication stations on site and complete approved prefabrication services.
• Process and stage wire orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain clean 5S warehouse, offices, and related areas.
• Adhere to contractor job site safety and Werner safety requirements.
