Job summary

Werner Electric Supplyis seeking a Construction Site Coordinator to manage on-site material flow, orders, and deliveries for Wisconsin job sites. The role requires daily travel within WI and active coordination with electricians and contractors.

Responsibilities include inventory control, on-site delivery, and liaison with Werner teams. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; forklift experience and tools knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel within Wisconsin for job-site assignments.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• On-site material management: ordering, movement, and delivery to electricians.
• Collaborate with contractor team and Werner support staff.
• Conduct product storage and inventory at the jobsite.
• Deliver products using power equipment including lull and forklift.
• Coordinate with Werner Customer Service, Purchasing and Operations teams.
• Return products to the Regional Distribution Center per procedures.
• Arrange efficient delivery methods for Werner and vendor products.
• Serve as main contact between Werner and customers.
• Set up fabrication areas on job sites as requested.
• Process and stage wire orders efficiently.
• Maintain 5S standards in warehouse and on-site areas.
• Follow safety requirements for contractors and Werner.
