Job summary

Werner Electric Supply is seeking a Construction Job Site Coordinator to manage all aspects of Werner-supplied parts and orders at customer job sites throughout Wisconsin. The role requires daily site travel and on-site coordination with electricians and contractor teams.

Compensation is $25-30/hr based on experience with an annual bonus, and responsibilities include warehouse handling, inventory, and ensuring safe, efficient deliveries. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to travel within the state of Wisconsin for job sites.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site material management: ordering, movement, and delivery to electricians.
• Serve as the main liaison with contractor teams and Werner personnel.
• Perform storage and inventory control at the job site.
• Deliver products to designated areas using power equipment (lift trucks).
• Coordinate with Werner Customer Service, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
