Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• BI reporting and creating BI dashboards are highly valued capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand and supply trends to develop accurate production plans.
• Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule balancing demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Evaluate change requests and adjust schedules to minimize disruption and meet service levels.
• Monitor orders and adjust production to maximize on-time delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement and mentor scheduling teams.
