Job summary

CIRCOR is seeking a Master Scheduler to own the integrated production schedule across manufacturing work centers. This role converts customer commitments, routings, and readiness into a finite-capacity, executable plan that protects on-time delivery while maximizing throughput and flow.

The Master Scheduler will lead daily reviews, balance workload across constrained resources, and drive schedule discipline with cross-functional teams to improve OTD and capacity utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain and publish the Master Production Schedule and detailed work-center schedules.
• Translate backlog and customer due dates into a finite-capacity schedule.
• Lead daily Production reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Measure schedule attainment and drive improvements in lead times and utilization.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing and Logistics to support the published schedule.
