Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with interest in understanding complex equipment and technical product applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone presence.
• Solid ability to manage priorities, organize time, and maintain meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound technical inquiries from boat owners, captains, marinas, and marine facilities.
• Conduct detailed discovery to gather vessel specifications, engine setups, and goals.
• Evaluate customer requirements to size and specify ideal propellers and propulsion hardware.
• Prepare accurate technical quotations, process orders, and follow up on open opportunities.
• Utilize internal sales, inventory, and accounting software to maintain customer documentation and orders.
• Expand product knowledge through training sessions, client visits, and industry events.
