Responsibilities

• Assist production supervisor in managing departmental personnel and schedules.
• Help monitor costs, quality, and safety standards.
• Assist in hiring/termination recommendations and budget monitoring.
• Direct work assignments per supervisor and ensure schedules are met.
• Maintain compliance with safety rules and company policies.
• Identify safety issues and report them promptly.
• Perform supervisory duties for temporary periods as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and inventory accuracy.
