Qualifications

• BS-Engineering or related field.
• 2 years experience as a Project Manager in high speed/volume manufacturing.
• Proven experience as a multi-functional Team Lead or Member.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Balance technical, regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
• Ensure smooth transition of new products, processes, or equipment into manufacturing and commercialization.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams to meet objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Own end-to-end project management, including planning, launch, tracking, communications, milestones, risk management, and course correction.
• Provide leadership and coaching for cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
• Apply advanced problem-solving methodologies to resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines, communicating risks or variances to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Develop project protocols and engineering justifications using sound engineering principles and methods.
• Support equipment implementation through turnkey validation protocols and project closeout.
