Job summary

BD (Becton, Dickinson, and Company) is seeking a Staff Engineer, Project Manager to lead eCTW projects from scoping through execution. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, plan resources, and drive feasibility studies at manufacturing sites to identify cost-saving opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing and 2+ years in project management, with proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and OnePlan. Occasional travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing preferred).
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience; 5 years preferred.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Project, OnePlan.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end execution of eCTW projects ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Owns project scoping, detailed planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Leads feasibility assessments and technical evaluations at manufacturing sites, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
