Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a Production Supervisor in Wickliffe, OH to oversee safe, efficient manufacturing across multiple shifts within the Airfoils division.

You will hire, train, discipline, and perform performance reviews while enforcing safety, quality, 6S and process standards. The role requires guiding the team to meet production metrics, control costs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Prefer 3+ years of experience in operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture a quality product while meeting customer specifications and delivery commitments.
• Practice and follow 6S principles daily and maintain housekeeping excellence in the department.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs and ensure vacation/time off align with plant policies.
• Provide supervision and coaching to department employees to meet or exceed daily metrics.
