Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field; MS or MBA desirable.
• Prefer 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Extensive training in supervision and operations management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and coordinate manufacturing operations for designated departments.
• Achieve production, quality, reliability, and on-time delivery goals at lowest cost.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, 6S, TOC, Six Sigma and problem solving to deliver results.
• Develop manufacturing plans, schedules, budgets, and monitor performance metrics.
• Supervise hiring, performance evaluations, and talent development.
