Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead and develop a customer-focused engineering team. The role provides engineering leadership to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements for products.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in product or process engineering within investment casting and holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s preferred. This is an on-site, full-time position within the Airfoils division.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials or related Eng. field.
• Master’s degree a plus.
• 5–10 years in product or process engineering in investment casting.

Responsabilidades

• Direct a customer-focused group of product and/or process engineers.
• Oversee project selection, assignment and prioritization.
• Ensure personnel are trained in required procedures and knowledge.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and resolve problems.
• Foster LEAN culture and improve processes.
• Create reports and briefings (daily to ad hoc).
