Job summary

Contour Windows in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance and repairs in our manufacturing facility. This on-site role schedules preventive maintenance, diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinates with internal teams and vendors to keep equipment safe and productive.

You will manage a maintenance team, track records, train staff, and support safety and compliance initiatives while communicating critical updates to production leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead a maintenance team.
• Experience in maintenance planning and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling and documentation.
• Troubleshooting root causes of equipment failures in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards is beneficial.
• Technical training or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance across production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and coordinate repairs.
• Assign work orders and oversee maintenance technicians and vendors.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety programs.
• Monitor inventory of tools and spare parts and reorder as needed.
• Provide updates to production leadership on maintenance status and outages.
