Coastline Equity, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residential and multifamily properties in San Pedro, California.

This on-site role installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains residential units, common areas, and property systems while following safe and efficient maintenance practices. Responsibilities include renovations, turnovers, and routine tasks across electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and painting disciplines.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in one or two trades, maintenance, or renovation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and move materials while following safety protocols.
• Clear communication and professionalism when working with residents and the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform property renovations, unit turnovers, and routine maintenance.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and painting work.
• Troubleshoot and repair light fixtures, outlets, fans, and toilets.
• Complete scheduled and emergency repairs, including on-call responsibilities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep work areas safe and clean.
