Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance at our Lowell, MA property. You will handle light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks to keep buildings and amenities in top condition.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and support team members as needed.
