Job summary

AIR Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician for Indigo Creek, our luxury 408-unit community in Glendale, AZ. You will deliver excellent resident service, perform routine maintenance, and complete apartment turns to ready homes for new residents.

We support your growth with training and development programs, on-site tool kits, and a compensation package including an hourly rate of $22.00–$23.00 plus monthly bonuses. On-call shifts, evenings and weekends may be required based on community needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare for the next move-in.
• Perform resident-requested repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
