Job summary

Cal-AM Properties Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep RV and apartment communities in top condition in Glendale, AZ. The role covers preparing vacancies, performing routine maintenance, and addressing resident requests with a team-focused approach.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional weekend work for emergencies. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• General maintenance experience required.
• EPA certifiable status preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in preparing all vacancies to a market-ready condition.
• Performs various community maintenance functions and logs results.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns promptly.
• Reports maintenance concerns for repairs on vacant models and common areas.
• Assists in monitoring maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Moves heavy objects as requested.
• Assists on special maintenance projects and preventive tasks.
• Keeps grounds and common areas clean from debris.
• Maintains open communication with management and staff.
• Represents the company professionally at all times.
• Attends trainings and assists other staff as needed.
• Delivers communications to residents and assists in events.
• Drives company vehicle on or off site for business.
