Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons seeks a Standby Maintenance Technician to live on-site in Grand Rapids, MI, supporting residents with property maintenance and after-hours emergencies. Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance for multi-family properties preferred.
• EPA certification required or obtained within 120 days of start.
• HVAC experience strongly preferred and related certifications encouraged.
• Ability to operate basic computer systems and maintenance apps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartment community facilities and perform routine/more complex work orders.
• Handle plumbing tasks, electrical repairs, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
