Job summary

Fairfield Residential in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for North Totem Lake Apartments to perform daily electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and prepare vacants for new residents. You will participate in the on-call rotation and help keep common areas and pool areas well maintained.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, reporting needs to staff and vendors, and ensuring compliance with Fairfield policies while delivering quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using the Make Ready Checklist.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors and report inventory needs.
