Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance or related trade required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with Fairfield policies and respond to on-call emergencies.
