Job summary

OMES is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to provide maintenance support for various state buildings in Oklahoma City. The role is full-time and on-site, with a strong emphasis on preventive maintenance, inspections, and responsive service.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus two years of maintenance/building trade experience. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary up to $50,675 are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in construction, maintenance, or a skilled building trade, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of multiple state buildings managed by OMES DCAM Office of Facilities Management.
• Perform complex maintenance and repair activities with minimal supervision.
• Complete assigned PM inspection schedules for all buildings assigned.
• Address work requests as assigned.
• Set up events within OFM managed facilities to ensure occupant safety.
