Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform unit turns, conduct preventive maintenance, and address resident needs on-site in Vancouver, WA. You will work with leasing staff to ensure seamless communication and timely service across the property.

We value hands-on skills, reliability, and a customer-service mindset. This 100% in-person role requires flexibility for after-hours emergencies and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a maintenance role, preferably in property management.
• Experience with unit turns, work orders, and appliance repair is preferred.
• Basic computer skills; input data in English into software systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Coordinate with leasing staff for smooth communication.
• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA/SDS safety requirements.
• Diagnose and repair issues in homes and across property.
• Maintain grounds and property appearance.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Exceed resident expectations through service.
