Thrive Communities seeks a hands-on maintenance professional to perform unit turns, preventive upkeep, and repairs across our Washington communities. You will coordinate with leasing staff and management to keep operations smooth and residents satisfied.

This 100% in-person role requires basic computer skills for logging tasks, and a valid driver’s license may be needed for on-site checks and vehicle operations. Growth opportunities exist within our boutique, community-focused portfolio.

Formación

• 1+ years prior experience in a maintenance role.
• Some prior experience with unit turns, work orders, and/or appliance repair.
• Must have basic computer skills with the ability to input data and notes in English into software programs.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus.
• Must be able to supply own tools.
• Drivers license may be required (ex: operating a golf cart on company property).

Responsabilidades

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers to ensure seamless communication and organization.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Participates in safety meetings and abides by all OSHA,SDS safety requirements.
• Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property.
• Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property.
• Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.
• Emergency on-call is required as part of the position.
• Strives to exceed residents’ expectations for excellent customer service.
