Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a maintenance technician to support our on-site teams across our Washington communities. This 100% in-person role handles unit turns, routine maintenance, and safety compliance while coordinating with leasing staff to maintain seamless operations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of maintenance experience, basic data entry skills in English, and the ability to supply their own tools. CAMT/CPO are a plus and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience in property management or similar setting.
• Basic computer skills and ability to input data in English.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) are a plus.
• Must be able to supply own tools.
• Driver's license may be required for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers to ensure seamless communication.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Participates in safety meetings and adheres to OSHA and SDS requirements.
• Diagnoses and performs minor repairs within homes and throughout the property.
• Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property.
