Job summary

Live Bryten is hiring for a maintenance supervisor at our Avon, CO location. The role oversees the maintenance team, coordinates preventive maintenance, and ensures timely repairs and resident satisfaction.

You will manage make-ready operations, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and uphold safety and quality standards. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience with supervisory duties, and HVAC/trade certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED required.
• Three+ years building, facilities, apartment, or property maintenance experience with leadership preferred.
• HVAC certification and/or trade certifications in electrical, plumbing, or related fields required.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals, work orders, and safety docs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills; can diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team members.
• Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Oversee make-ready operations and vacancy preparation.
• Perform and supervise repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry.
• Inspect homes, common areas, and grounds for maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for ops and capital projects.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and work orders.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and after-hours response.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Promote a safe, welcoming community environment.
