Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance tasks including service requests and unit turns.
• Respond to resident service requests with minimal callbacks.
• Perform make-ready activities for vacant units and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Troubleshoot and repair major and minor systems.
• Communicate with on-site office team and update work orders.
