Job summary

Timberland Partners Inc in Celina, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Sundance Celina, a 261-unit property. You will handle general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to ensure residents have a high-quality living experience.

You will respond to work requests, maintain curb appeal, identify safety issues, perform make-readies, and provide on-call emergency support while following safety procedures. The on-site schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, apartment turnover experience preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Experience with turnover “make-ready” of apartments.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards and a welcoming environment.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues to protect the property and residents.
• Execute make-readies, repairs, and final checks for a flawless move-in.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Follow safety procedures to protect teammates and residents.
